Led directly by Dr. Umar Mahmood, Echo PMR evaluates each patient based on their unique presentation, symptoms, goals, and functional needs. We prioritize responsive scheduling, coordinated care, and a seamless experience from referral through treatment.

Echo PMR evaluates and treats a wide range of pain and musculoskeletal conditions. Depending on the patient’s needs, care may include comprehensive evaluation, diagnostic review, non-surgical treatment, interventional pain management, and rehabilitation-focused care.

If you are referring a client, please be prepared to provide:

• Patient’s full name and contact information

• Relevant medical history and reason for referral

• Date symptoms or injury began, if applicable

• Available medical records, imaging, or reports
